Word - Find and Replace
Find is used to search an occurrence of a given word or format. Replace is used to replace a word or format with another word or format.
To have Word Find and Replace words, select the required word(s), click Find on the Edit menu and the find and Replace dialog turns up displaying Find, Replace and Go To options. When the selected text is provided and the OK button clicked control takes us to the first occurrence of the text.
To Replace click the Find option of the Edit menu. In the Find what text box, enter the text to search for. Click Find Next button to search for the next occurrence of the text. In the Replace with box, enter the text to be used as the replacement. To replace an occurrence of the text, click Replace. To replace all occurrences of the text, click Replace All.

This is helpful for the beginners only. This can provide a basic guideline to the fresh users, who doesn’t have any knowledge in word, but for IT professional it doesn’t have any use
