It is very much the handiwork of ordinary men who by their daily efforts inch forward towards herculean tasks.

By performing their duties and sharing responsibilities they finally achieve to reach the summit of a task hitherto tagged as ‘impossible’. Never to lose sight of your aim is the motto. At first one needs to practice hard to be on course to the target as gales sway one off.

With time however it embeds within your very self and moulds with your being and you realize with joy that it has become a part of you. Hence your objective has thus become cast in iron with no risk of any cracks developing due to unwary circumstances. It is then that you feel that -

Long, long was my way.
Harsh, cold was the winter
but I bore it on my self.
My inside has bled
ripping me apart from within.
Forgotten stood all but when
the storm raged through.
But now it is WE not I anymore.
For now I can smile and say
success is at my door.
